She-Hulk stands almost 8" tall,
including the base. The kit comes in 5 solid cast, off-white
resin parts: head and
hair, main body, left arm, right arm, base. The casting is
as close to perfect as you can get, with absolutely no visible
pin-holes and the tiniest of mold lines that will take no time
to remove. The sculpting quality is first rate as well, with
lots of crisp detail and character, good proportions and nice
sex appeal for a female kit. Just take a look at the detail
in that hair and the expression on her face! Fingers are also
nicely detailed and very cleanly sculpted. This is as good
of a She-Hulk as you can get!
The parts are not keyed, but for a kit with so few parts to
assemble, I don't believe it is really needed. Some careful
putty work should be done where the arms connect to the body
and a little putty around the head/neck connection. Arms will
have to be connected and the seam lines puttied before painting.
The head can be painted separately as long as you have done
some careful pre-putty work ahead of time.
The white stuff you see in some of the pictures is just
white powder that was used in the casting process. It'll
wash off in no time.
Overall She-Hulk gets a 5 out of 5. |
